Lower static threshhold starting March 24, 2020

Dear Trading Participants,

Please be informed that starting Tuesday, March 24, 2020, the lower static threshold will be changed from 50% to 30% below the previous close or the Last Adjusted Closing Price, whichever is applicable.  For reference, you may refer to the memo posted in the PSE website using the link below:
